• Recent passport-sized photographs (biometric, taken within the last 6 months).

2. Passport & Previous Visas – plus copies of data pages and any previous Schengen visas.

3. Residence Permit – valid permit (original + copy).

4. Travel Insurance – covering medical emergencies up to €30,000, valid in all Schengen countries.

5. Flight Reservation/Itinerary – proof of return ticket or confirmed travel booking.

6. Proof of Accommodation – hotel booking, Airbnb confirmation, or invitation letter from host.

7. Proof of Funds – recent bank statements (last 3–6 months), payslips, or sponsorship letter.

8. Employment/Study Proof:

   • If employed: employer letter confirming job title, salary, and approved leave.

   • If self-employed: business registration + tax documents.

   • If a student: confirmation letter from school/university.

9. Cover Letter – explaining purpose of travel, planned itinerary, and duration of stay.

• Children (6–12 years): €40

• Children under 6: Free

⏳ Processing Time

• Standard: 15 calendar days (may take longer during peak periods or if additional documents are requested).

• Applications can be submitted up to 6 months in advance of your trip.
